Ravna d.o.o., Ravna Gora (hereinafter: Ravna), especially looks forward to your visit to our website and your interest in our company and products. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and we want you to feel comfortable when you visit our website.

I – Important terms

Personal data
Personal data is data that, in principle, enables knowing who the data is about. In doing so, it is not important if the person can be determined on the basis of only one information. as this will rarely be the case. The more information and data is gathered, the easier it is to determine the person in question. Personal data includes first and last name, address, age, e-mail address and the phone number of a specific person.

Ravna provides a comprehensive personal support even through Facebook. If you ask a question through the Ravna.hr Facebook page, we will forward it to the competent department. The information is solely used to provide answers to your question, and not for advertising purposes.

All displayed content on Facebook is stored on the Ravna server. All data is collected, stored and processed by Ravna and is not forwarded to Facebook.

In order to contact Ravna through Facebook, you need to sign in to Facebook. During this, Facebook probably collects, stores and processes personal data.
